We believe in making things as simple as possible – whilst providing optimum Peace of Mind. So, after you have contacted us, we will make arrangements to come and view your loft at a mutually convenient time.

On arrival we will discuss your needs before proceeding up into your loft to take exact measurements. Don’t worry you wont have to move anything from your loft, all our measurements are taken with laser devices so it can all be done from your existing opening without having to clamber around.

Once we have the measurements and an idea of the loft layout, we will be able to discuss your options with you. Then when you are happy with what is discussed we will go away and work on your free no obligation quote, which we will usually get back to you within a couple of hours. If you are happy with our quotation we will arrange a date for the works to be carried out.

The Process

On the day of the work to be undertaken our joiner/s will turn up at the agreed time and protect all areas where work is to be carried out with clean dust sheets before unloading any tools or materials.

All works will then be carried out with minimal disruption or fuss. If the work is scheduled for one day, on completion of works our joiner will remove all protection and vacuum up any dust. If it is a larger job and is scheduled for two days, the same procedure will be undertaken at the end of each working day, so your house is left just as we found it.

You will then be invited to inspect the work before our joiner/s leave so you can be sure you are 100% happy with everything.
