Loft Hatches

If your loft hatch is in the wrong place or too small for convenient use, we can enlarge or reposition your loft opening.

We fit the best selling drop-down / lift-out access door.

It has a twist action catch which secures the frame in three places to provide a secure, draught-sealed fit.

A pole attachment is supplied for opening the door from floor level. If required, the door can be removed completely.

Doors are supplied with insulation material which is compliant with Part L regulations to a rating of 0.35Wm²k.

Loft Flooring/Boarding

Turn that dirty old loft space into a safe useable area with our fixed price flooring, prices start from £22 per sq metre.

We use only the best treated E5 grade moisture resistant four-sided tongue and groove chipboard, It is cut to suit and screwed down to the existing joists.

To find the exact size of your loft simply measure the length and width of you downstairs rooms multiply them together for the overall square metres.

We can also install Loft Legs which raises your loft storage deck by 175mm, avoiding insulation compression, saving you energy and money. Loft Legs avoid insulation compression when using your loft for storage.

Loft Insulation

Insulating your loft correctly is one of the most cost effective ways of reducing household energy consumption, the correct amount of insulation material laid to your loft floor is vital to help prevent heat loss through your roof.

We offer new insulation or we can top-up your existing insulation to the Government recommended 270mm thickness of quilt insulation.
